All complaints must include the following information.
Pictures of:
- Front and back photos of the bottle
- Photo of the batch code
- Photo of the cavity code (number printed on the bottom of the bottle)
- Photo of the care label of the damaged item of clothing
Questions:
- What type of stain was on the item of clothing before using the product?
- If pre-treatment was used, how long did the product stay in contact with the fabric before washing?
- How was the fabric washed? With which detergents / other additives?
- Did you hand wash or machine wash?
- What temperature setting was the wash set to?
- Was bleach used in the previous wash cycle?
- Where (which store\city) and when was the product purchased?
